To purchase this membership using card or phone payments please follow this link for payment. Please add in the notes section your child's name and DOB and the last 4 digits of their membership card. If they don't have a membership card one will be issued to you. We need their DOB to update/add them to the membership section of GMS which is linked to the RFU.
